We reroute driveways and pedestrian walkways as necessary to eliminate all traffic through an area where active construction was taking place or where hazardous conditions might exist. Traffic control on public streets in implemented for loading and unloading or equipment operation not taking place directly in the work area. These traffic control provisions include barricades, control devices, signage and flagmen as needed.
